Orville was born and raised in Roxbury. His family heritage is hailing from the island of Antigua and Barbuda.

Orville has been working for the City of Boston for more than four years, first serving as a Housing Specialist for the Office of Fair Housing and now as a Boston Planning & Development Agency Housing Compliance Specialist.
