Fenway: 38 Fenway Abutters Meeting
Confirm occupancy as single-family and change occupancy to a five-unit residential building. Scope includes the addition of three stories (two and a half per zoning code) above the existing building and the rear addition of six stories (five per zoning code) to create a seven-story building (five and a half per zoning code). Includes a complete renovation and reconfiguration of the interiors, the installation of a new elevator, the addition of new rear and front facing decks with a private roof deck and upgrades to the life safety (FA/FP) system, with existing fire escapes to adjacent buildings to remain.
The purpose of this meeting is to get community input and listen to the resident's positions on this proposal. This is a virtual meeting via Zoom.
