EVENT VENUE AND CATERING FOR MAYOR’S YOUTH SUMMIT 2026

The City of Boston, acting by the Office of Youth Engagement and Advancement, 1481 Tremont St, Boston, MA 02120, hereinafter referred to as the Awarding Authority, hereby invites proposals for the project listed above

Proposals will be solicited from vendors through the City of Boston’s Supplier Portal: boston.gov/departments/procurement. 

All proposals for this project are subject to all applicable provisions of law and in accordance with the terms and provisions of the contract documents entitled: MYS 2026 RFP.

Proposals shall be submitted before 12:00 P.M., Boston time, Friday, October 10, 2025, and opened forthwith.

Specifications will be available on or about Monday, September 8, 2025, after 12:00 PM., Boston time.
