PORT NORFOLK FLOOD RESILIENCE AUDIT & RETROFIT

The City of Boston Planning Department, (the City)/the County of Suffolk (the County), acting by its Chief of Planning (the Official), seeks to proposals from qualified firms to provide Home Assessment Services for the Port Norfolk Flood Resilience Project.

The RFP can be viewed at the City of Boston’s purchasing website, Supplier Portal (boston.gov/procurement) beginning December 1, 2025, 9:00 am. It can also be found on the Planning Department website at: bostonplans.org/procurement/procurement-portal.

Please note, completed proposal responses can only be electronically submitted through the City’s Supplier Portal. RFPs must be submitted by January 8, 2026, no later than 12:00 pm.
