COMPREHENSIVE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT BRUCE C. BOLLING BUILDING

The City of Boston, acting by the Property Management Department, 1 City Hall Plaza, Room 811, Boston, MA 02201, hereinafter referred to as the Awarding Authority, requests proposals for the project listed above.

Project No. XXXPMD2026-06 

Proposals will be solicited from interested vendors through the City of Boston’s Supplier Portal: boston.gov/departments/procurement. 

All proposals for this project are subject to all applicable provisions of law and in accordance with the terms and provisions of the contract documents entitled: Comprehensive Property Management at Bruce C Bolling Building at 2300 Washington St Boston, MA.

Proposals must be submitted before 12:00 P.M., Boston time, Tuesday, March 31, 2026, and opened forthwith.

The RFP documents will be available on or about Monday, February 23, 2026, after 10:00 A.M., Boston time. 

The City’s goal is that the proposer contributes to the activation of Nubian Square. A site visit has been scheduled for Tuesday, March 10, 2026, at 10:00 am, front lobby of 2300 Washington St.
