The project will be performed under M.G.L. c.149, §§ 44A-44J.
The scope of work is further detailed in the specifications, this project will include phased construction and renovation to the existing White Stadium.

Completed SOQ packages must be returned by October 4, 2023, no later than 12 p.m. to the Bid Room located at 1010 Massachusetts Ave., Annex, Boston, MA 02118.
