Project Goals

Fenway Community Development Corporation ("FCDC") is proposing a new construction project located at 112 Queensberry Street in the Fenway neighborhood. FCDC plans to develop the site into 24 units of affordable rental housing. 100% of the units will be affordable in perpetuity. The 24-unit project will include six units restricted at or below 30% AMI, three of which will be Homeless Set Aside units, two units at or below 50% AMI, and 16 units at or below 60% AMI. The bedroom mix includes; eleven 0-bedrooms and thirteen 1-bedrooms. The proposal includes 24 biking parking spaces, no car parking, and is six stories above grade. The site was a previously developed, under-utilized, urban infill that contains a vacant commercial building, formerly a retail laundromat.
