Dorchester: 245R-247R Gallivan Boulevard Abutters Meeting

Proposal to construct a two-unit additional dwelling building at the rear of the lot. The building will be accessed from Gallivan Boulevard by the existing driveway. There will be two main entrances with one door to each unit facing Gallivan Boulevard. We are not subdividing the lot.
