Finding Peace in a Frantic World: an 8-week introductory course developed by the Oxford Mindfulness Centre and based on the best selling book, Mindfulness: A Practical Guide to Finding Peace in a Frantic World by Mark Williams and Danny Penman. The practical and accessible course is designed for beginners or older adults with busy lives and limited time. Through guided mindfulness practices, group discussion and guided audio recordings to practice at home for 10 minutes a day, you will learn the essential principles of mindfulness and techniques to build a mindfulness practice.
