Lucinda Correia

Executive Assistant for the Office of Returning Citizens

Lucinda Correia is a Cape Verdean born Healthcare professional. Born and raised in Cabo Verde, Lucinda came to the United States along with her entire family at the tender age of 5. Lucinda attended and graduated from University of Boston, where she earned her Bachelor's. With passion and admiration for young children she’d planned on going into higher education, however she was offered a position at Tufts Health plan working with the elderly population; another passion of hers, she just couldn’t say no to. This is where her devotion to Healthcare began. With Commitment and loyalty she conquered her position. With a tremendous amount of experience under her belt she became an Account manager with Senior Whole Health, a premier Health plan dedicated for Senior Care only. Her work has caused policy changes; she has been recognized for her bold and unique approach to Network Engagement. In her most recent role, Lucinda was the director of Marketing and Business Development for Victory Human Services, a leading Human Services agency in the Boston area. Displaying and executing a strong determination to take on challenges and risk , with a firm belief that through focused efforts and persistence- positive results will immediately follow. Over the course of her profession, Lucinda has earned a reputation for her ability to find new ways to get in contact with new customers and business. Through her interpersonal skills, Lucinda easily builds rapport with customers and new business, allowing the organizations she’s worked for to generate revenue and exceed all set-forth goals. In her free time you will always find her with her children either enjoying time at home, or cheering them on as their favorite fan at their games.
