Rechelle Hypolite

Director of Programming and Strategic Initiatives
Rechelle serves as the Director of Programming and Strategic Initiatives, where she spearheads efforts to enhance supportive services and programs for individuals returning to the community after incarceration. She is committed to fostering strategic partnerships and leveraging evidence-based practices to empower underserved communities, ensuring they are seen and heard.

Rechelle earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A) from the University of Massachusetts Boston and brings over a decade of progressive experience in strategic programming and reintegration services. Before joining the ORC, she developed inclusive programming at the Suffolk County House of Corrections, successfully building community partnerships that harness technology to drive social change and implementing individualized services for incarcerated women affected by exploitation in the sex trade.

In her free time, Rechelle enjoys spending time with her family, reading a good book, and contributing to KreateABuzz Documentary Films' production team to highlight social change and resilience in marginalized communities.
