Taught in a parking lot, this two-hour class is for adults who either have never learned to ride or who want to work on basic skills. This class is perfect for adults who:

• have never ridden a bike before
• haven't been on a bike for years, or
• can ride a little, but need to practice starting, stopping, turning, and hand signaling.

Zumba® Gold is a modified, lower- intensity version of the standard Zumba dance fitness program, designed for the active older adults, beginners, or individuals recovering from injuries. The class focuses on easy-to-follow routines set to Latin and international rhythms, emphasizing low-impact moves that are gentle on the joints.
