The Education and Community Engagement Division of the Boston Public Health Commission’s Infectious Disease Bureau has three programs:

Education and Outreach
The E&O Team plans, organizes, and implements outreach programs and materials that are informative and accessible with the aim to improve the health and well-being of Boston residents.
Boston EMA Ryan White Planning Council Support (PCS)
The Planning Council is a federally required, volunteer-based, independent planning body, appointed by the Mayor of Boston. The members organize and allocate Ryan White Part A HIV funding in the Boston Eligible Metropolitan Area.
Funded Providers Education and Outreach
Rules, instructions, templates, and tools to funded providers for reporting and billing.
CASE MANAGEMENT TRAINING PROGRAM
CASE MANAGEMENT TRAINING PROGRAM
The Case Management Training Program empowers case managers who serve people living with HIV. The program works to support case managers as they provide consistent and comprehensive care to clients.
