We offer an in-person help with submitting online applications for the Boston E-Bikes Incentive Program.

Please know that you will need to have an access to an email to be able to submit your application. In-person help hours are Mondays, 9 a.m. - 5.pm, and are drop-in style, no prior appointment necessary.  

We are located in Room 721 on the 7 floor of the Boston City Hall (1 City Hall Square, Boston, MA 02201).
