Shaw-Taylor Preliminary Design Program Presentation

The School Building Committee will meet for a presentation and overview on the Preliminary Design Program (PDP) for the Shaw-Taylor Elementary School project which is a collaborative effort with the Massachusetts School Building Authority (MSBA).

The PDP is the first deliverable of the MSBA Feasibility Study. As part of the PDP Boston and its project team will document the educational goals of the Shaw-Taylor School, document the existing conditions, establish an initial space summary of the buildings being evaluated as potential options for construction, and evaluate high level design alternatives for the proposed school project.

Upon completion of the presentation the SBC will vote to submit the PDP to the MSBA.
