Preliminary Municipal Election - Post Election Tabulation

The City of Boston will be counting provisional voting ballots and any other ballots received by 8 p.m. on Election Day.

Counting will begin at 9 a.m. on Saturday, September 18, and will continue each successive day as needed until complete, including Sunday, September 19.

Counting will begin at 9 a.m. on Saturday, September 18, and will continue each successive day as needed until complete, including Sunday, September 19.

    Haymarket Room, City Hall located at One City Hall Square, Boston, MA 02201

    This process will be open for public observation. Those who plan to observe the post-election tabulation may register by calling  617-635-4634 or by emailing glynis.lin@boston.gov. Due to COVID-19, the number of observers permitted at a given time may be limited.
