Open Positions
Assistant Director - Constituent Services
Reporting directly to the Director of Constituent Services, the Assistant Director is responsible for supervising the day-to-day work of the Constituent Services unit, including the system for effectively responding to constituent needs, organizing schedules, providing on-going and proactive communication, resolving complaints, etc.
Advocacy and Benefits Specialist
Advocacy and Benefits Specialists are responsible for providing advocacy services to older adults, which may include providing information and referral, processing benefit applications, conducting home visits, preparing reports, selling taxi coupons, monitoring follow-ups, and performing related duties.
Scheduler
Under the direction of the Scheduling Manager, the Scheduler is responsible for providing general information and scheduling trips. The Scheduler assists with the coordination of daily operational activities and provides administrative support to the unit.
