    Vote:     To amend the career center contracts to reduce the Morgan Memorial Goodwill Industries (MMGI) contract by $1,300,000 and to increase the Jewish Vocational Services (JVS) contract by $1,000,000 for the purpose of providing intensive career center services for young adults.  (Note: The remaining $300,000 can be carried over for redistribution in FY 2024.)
