Project Goals

Parcel P-12C (aka 290 Tremont) is proposed by Asian CDC and The Community Builders as a new, fully affordable building with: 96 affordable rental apartments, 36 affordable homeownership condominiums, and a ground floor commercial space. Rental units will be available to households earning from 0% - 80% of Area Median Income (AMI). Homeownership units will be available to households earning up to 80% AMI or up to 100% AMI.
