BPL BOYLSTON CIVIC TABLE REMOVAL

Bids will be solicited from selected vendors through the City of Boston’s Supplier Portal: boston.gov/departments/procurement. 

All bidders for this project are subject to all applicable provisions of law and in accordance with the terms and provisions of the contract documents entitled: BPL Boylston Civic Table Removal. 

The scope of work is detailed in the bid package.

Bids shall be submitted before 2:00 P.M., Boston time, Tuesday, March 18, 2025, and opened and evaluated accordingly.

An optional walk-through is scheduled for Wednesday, March 5, 2025, at 8:30 A.M. (Boston Time) Please come in through the Boylston St building entrance where the Facilities manager will meet with you and check in at Central Library of the Boston Public Library, 700 Boylston Street, Boston, MA 02116. Please RSVP by Tuesday, March 4, 2025, before 2:00 PM (Boston Time) to business@bpl.org. 

SPECIFICATIONS will be available on or about 9:00 A.M., Boston time, Tuesday, February 18, 2025.
