BCCE ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES PROVIDER

The City of Boston, acting by the Environment Department, 1 City Hall Square, Room 709, Boston, MA 02201, hereinafter referred to as the Awarding Authority, hereby invites Technical Non-Price Proposals for the project listed above. The Administrative Services Provider will provide the following services to the Boston Community Choice Electricity Program:

 

  1. Customer Enrollment and Payment Processing
  2. Administer and Support Energy Supply Agreements, Renewable Power Purchase Agreements, and Environmental Attributes
  3. Provide Communications Support for the City’s Municipal Aggregation Program
  4. Data Management
  5. Electricity and Renewable Energy Procurements
  6. Public Eduction
  7. Management and Monitoring of Program

Technical Non-Price Proposals will be solicited from vendors through the City of Boston’s Supplier Portal: boston.gov/departments/procurement. 

All Technical Non-Price Proposals for this project are subject to all applicable provisions of law and in accordance with the terms and provisions of the contract documents entitled: BCCE Administrative Services Provider.

Technical Non-Price Proposals may be submitted as early as February 17, 2025, but shall be submitted no later than 5:00 P.M., Boston time, Tuesday, March 4, 2025, and opened forthwith.
