SIGN AND TRAFFIC SEPARATION DEVICE INSTALLATION
The City of Boston (“the City”), acting through its Commissioner of Transportation, invites electronic bids for the services generally described above, and particularly as set forth in these Bid Documents (Documents). This contract is being procured under the provisions of Chapter 30, Section 39M of the Massachusetts General Laws and are subject to the Prevailing Wage Rates.
The City of Boston Transportation Department (BTD) is seeking a qualified Contractor to supply and install traffic and curbside regulatory signs, sign posts and related hardware and traffic separation devices including flexible delineators, lane separators and modular curb. The scope of work is specific to small (no less than 50 assets) and medium size projects (up to 400 assets) city-wide.
The Documents shall be available on the City of Boston website at boston.gov/supplier portal (Event Number EV00015531) beginning at 10:00 am on February 18, 2025. Completed documents must be signed and submitted electronically to the above Event Number via the City of Boston Supplier Portal containing all sections and pages of the Documents no later than 12:00 pm on March 6, 2025, and opened and publicly read out loud via Google Meet at 2:00 pm on March 6, 2025.
