Proposal Development

Help shape proposals for the PB ballot!

In partnership with local community organizations, the Office of Participatory Budgeting hosted three in-person Proposal Development Forums in October 2025. The objective of those forums was for residents to review and prioritize the ideas collected over the summer. In November. there will be two in-person forums where residents will review the project ideas that were prioritize in the October forums and will help draft proposals for PB Voting in January 2026.

Join one of the forums in November to draft project proposals in collaboration with City staff!

NOTE: Because of limited space, and to allow others to participate, please register for one Proposal Development Forum only.
