First Come, First Served Condos at 405 Washington Street

These condominiums, located at 405 Washington Street in Dorchester, are available from $219,500 to $378,000.

There are four (4) one-bedroom homes for sale at $219,500, available to those earning 80% of Area Median Income (AMI), 

For those earning 100% AMI, there is one (1) available one-bedroom for sale at $287,400. There are three (3) two-bedroom units available for $334,700, and one (1) remaining three-bedroom available for $378,000. 

This brand new building has condos available for sale on a first come, first serve basis to income-eligible buyers.
