Rocky, undevelopable parcel totaling 4800 sq ft in a 2F-5000 zone. Not fenced in to abutter's yard or in use by them in any clear way, but it appears to at least be part of their yard. House at 11 Radcliffe is reasonably assessed and owner-occupied. Prime for RFP.
