One parcel totaling 6571 sq ft and landlocked in a residential neighborhood. The parcel has no development potential because it is landlocked. It appears to currently be wooded and likely not improved by any abutters. However, the abutting properties have high assessments and may be interseted.

We’ll release a Request for Proposals and select a developer for this site.
City Planning
This project is going through a zoning review with the Boston Planning and Development Agency (BPDA). Then we’ll work with the Developer on funding, design, and compliance.
