Project Goals
75-81 Dudley Street totals 6,170 sq. ft n the Dudley Square section of Roxbury. This parcel, and 3 others -- 40-50 Warren Street, 2147 Washington Street, and 135 Dudley Street -- have been made available for development as part of PLAN: Dudley. After an extensive public planning process, a development Request for Proposals (RFP) was issued in July 2018, outlining a primary use of residential housing, with senior housing or housing that provides an intergenerational mix of residents as preferred. Madison Park Development Corporation was designated as the developer of this site in the summer of 2019. MPDC's proposal includes 15 homeownership units, all of which will be affordable at 80% AMI and 100% AMI. Construction began in January of 2026.
