Proposal to remodel duplex Unit One to add living space across two zones. First, finish the attic by adding two dormers and building new bedrooms, a kitchen, and a bathroom. Second, build a new addition above the rear first floor, which will include a bedroom, two bathrooms, and new interior and exterior stairs.
