Mayor Wu issued an excessive heat warning for the City from Wednesday, July 1, through Friday, July 3, due to the heat in the forecast. The City will activate cooling centers, and pools will be open across Boston.

We offer in-person help with submitting online applications for the Boston E-Bikes Incentive Program.

Please know that on the day of the appointment you will need to have access to an email to be able to submit your application. In-person help hours are Mondays, 9 a.m. - 5.pm, and are drop-in style, no prior appointment necessary.  

We are located in Room 721 on the 7 floor of the Boston City Hall (1 City Hall Square, Boston, MA 02201).
