We may be able to help you replace or repair your heating system.
Learn about the program
The Seniors Save program helps seniors replace failing heating systems to ensure they are ready for winter. We encourage you to apply if you're over the age of 60 and need help replacing your heating system. We offer financial and contractor help.
Heating systems that have already been replaced are not eligible for the program. Seniors Save is not a reimbursement program.

Complete your project and pay your loan
The Boston Home Center will help you through the process. Once you are approved for funding, we will set up the repair work on your home and make sure it is inspected when the job is finished.
Most repairs will be fully covered by the grant. If you access the 0% deferred loan, you must pay it in full if you move, sell, refinance, or transfer the title of your home.
Our funding is part grant and, if necessary, part loan. You must pay the loan in full if you move, sell, refinance, or transfer the title of your home.
