Building Emissions Reduction and Disclosure Review Board Public Meeting

The BERDO Review Board will hold its first board meeting on June 12, at 4:30 p.m.

NOTE: This meeting will only be held virtually and NOT in person. You can participate in the meeting by going to our Zoom meeting link or calling 929-205-6099 and enter meeting ID 846 1973 7235 #. You can also submit written comments or questions to diana.vasquez@boston.gov. Written comments should be submitted by Monday, June 12, 2023, at 3 p.m.

  1. BERDO Phase 3 Regulations Update

    Update and discussion on Building Emissions Reduction and Disclosure Ordinance (BERDO) Phase 3 regulations, including introduction of preliminary draft proposals on Building Portfolios and Individual Compliance Schedules.

  2. BERDO Implementation and Reporting Update

    Update on BERDO implementation and reporting processes. 

    Translation and sign language interpreters are available upon prior request. The Board may hold a public meeting immediately following the last meeting or as appropriate following any meeting. Copies of materials may be requested via email from diana.vasquez@boston.gov or viewed by appointment only at the Environment Department, Boston City Hall, Room 709, from 9 AM to 5 PM Monday through Friday.
