119 Braintree Street - Artists Relocation Meeting

This meeting will be held virtually using Zoom. Participants can join through our online meeting link.

Description

This meeting is being led by the Mayor’s Office of Arts and Culture (MOAC). This meeting is to gather artists displaced from practice spaces located at 119 Braintree Street. The purpose of this meeting is to inform displaced artists of the eligibility process and distribution of relocation funds. The format of this meeting will include an approximately 30-minute presentation from MOAC staff followed by a question and answer session.

The following Information will be provided: the estimated amount of funds dispersed to each artist, the application process, and estimated distribution timeline.

The application will open on Friday, May 10, 2024 and will close on Sunday, June 2, 2024 at 1159 PM. All comments should be emailed to MOAC (arts@boston.gov) with the subject line “119 Braintree St. Artists Relocation”.

Inform artists displaced from 119 Braintree Street about:

  1. The relocation fund application process
  2. How relocation funds will be distributed
  3. Estimated distribution timeline.
