for the distribution of FY 2025 funding

A. To set aside 19.5% of the WIOA funding for fiscal agency and board activities –

70% for OWD (fiscal agent) and 30% for PIC (board and committee staffing)

B. To distribute WIOA Adult funding – 70% for career center services and 30% for ITAs

C. To distribute core career center funding to the two career center operators –

53% to JVS and 47% to ABCD
