Public Hearing #4: 1-Year Spending Plan for Housing and Community Development Funds
The Mayor's Office of Housing (MOH) is hosting meetings and taking comments from residents and other interested parties on a proposed spending plan for an estimated $27.5 million in funds from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development for the program year July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2026. The funds may be invested in housing, homeless assistance and community development programs that serve low to moderate income residents.
The Plan covers four federal programs:
- Community Development Block Grant (CDBG)
- HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME)
- Emergency Solutions Grant Program (ESG)
- Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA)
