3. Request authorization to execute a contract with Atena Fire Alarm Service Company, Inc. for the Fire Alarm Services Contract at 12 Channel Street and 22 Drydock Avenue within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park, in an amount not to exceed $91,479.00.
