1.  Request authorization for the approval of the Minutes of the December 14, 2017 Meeting.

2.  Request authorization to re-advertise and re-issue a Request for Proposals for the redevelopment of Parcel M located at 3 Dolphin Way within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park. 

3. Request authorization to enter into a License Agreement with Optimus Ride, Inc., for the use of a portion of Parcel C-1 within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park.

4. Request authorization to execute an Engineering Service Contract with Howard Stein Hudson for the Roadway Improvement Project at Black Flacon Avenue & Terminal Street within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park, in an amount not to exceed $299,650.00.

5. Request authorization to execute an Engineering Service Contract with Childs Engineering Corporation for the Drydock 4 Closure and Pier 6 Reconstruction Project within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park, in an amount not to exceed $539,800.00.

6. Personnel
