1. Request authorization for the approval of the Minutes of the June 14, 2018 Meeting.

2. Request authorization to extend the Tentative Designation of Wharf 8/Pier 7 Partnership, LLC, as Redeveloper of the Wharf 8/Pier 7 Project; and to continue lease negotiations to facilitate the redevelopment and use of the proposed project.

3. Request authorization to enter into a License Agreement with Deacon Transportation d/b/a Old Town Trolley Tours of Boston to use EDIC-owned property, located within close proximity to the Black Falcon Cruise Terminal, to operate the 2018 Trolley Stop Program.
