609 Bennington Street Abutters Meeting

Change occupancy from a two family to an Educational USE detached dwelling as an extension of the (Brooke Charter School) and renovate structures 1st floor for classroom use (28 students) and second floor for school administrative office use and incidental kitchen. Renovations shall include a newly proposed handicap ramp in rear to create a clear pathway to the existing school located on the 96 Horace Street lot.
