Change occupancy to six residential units. Building's prior occupancy was a community center. Interior and exterior renovations and upgrades to convert to six apartment units. Including but not limited to select demo, concrete, masonry, structural repairs, new windows, new kitchen and bathroom finishes, MEP/FP upgrades.
