NEW FY2023-FY2027 COMMUNITY PRESERVATION PLAN

The Community Preservation Committee has approved the New Community Preservation Plan. This plan will help guide the City of Boston's allocation of Community Preservation Act (CPA) funds for fiscal years 2023 through 2027. You can also learn more about the committee's new goals and evaluation criteria. The plan also highlights the program's first four funding rounds FY2018-FY2021.

COMMUNITY PRESERVATION ELIGIBILITY Determination FORM

This CPA project eligibility form is the required first step to applying for Community Preservation Funds for historic preservation, affordable housing, open space, and outdoor recreation capital projects. The eligibility form is not a final application.

Please note: Candidates deemed eligible by the Community Preservation Office will be invited to submit an application for their proposed projects.
