Samiksha Bhatnagar is the Data, Research, and Evaluation Manager in the Office of Youth Employment and Opportunity (YEO). She oversees the impact, evaluation, and data management of the department's programs, services, and activities. Additionally, she manages data collection, reporting, and analysis across teams to improve and elevate the department's operational success. 

Previously, Samiksha worked at the Global Resilience Institute as a Research Assistant where she focused on research, drafting and editing plans and strategies for building community and regional resilience. She also has experience working with children and youth with disabilities and those that are victims of drug abuse. 

Samiksha completed a bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of Delhi, India. She went on to attend Northeastern University where she completed a master's degree in International Affairs and a certificate in Public Policy Analysis. Her areas of expertise and interest include social policy, social psychology, special education policies, data collection and analysis and writing reports.
