Maddrey Goode was the former Director of MassHire Boston Career Center, formerly, Boston Career Link (BCL), a one-stop career center operated by Morgan Memorial Goodwill Industries. As the Director, Maddrey oversaw and was responsible for the delivery of job placement and training services to the community. The career center regularly serves over 10,000 individuals, connecting job seekers with employers, and places over 1,500 individuals per year. 

In his leadership role at MassHire Boston Career Center, Maddrey managed the career center’s staff, contracts and budgets, and developed new business opportunities, among other duties since 2014. Before his appointment as Director, Maddrey worked as Manager of Business Services and Job Placement at the career center. Prior to that, Maddrey was a Career Development Manager at Youth Opportunity Boston. Maddrey has also worked at the Boston Private Industry Council and City Year. 

A Roxbury resident, Maddrey graduated cum laude from Northeastern University. Maddrey has served on numerous committees and advisory boards related to workforce development and social justice.
