Find Your Path to Recovery

Recovery is possible and we can help. We offer information and support for anyone on their substance use journey.

The PAATHS (Providing Access to Addictions Treatment, Hope and Support) program connects people, families, and community partners to external treatment services and programs. We aim to find services that meet the unique needs of our residents.

We do not provide direct treatment services or on-site beds.

You can contact us by calling 1-855-494-4057 (available 24 hours a day) or visiting us in-person. No appointment necessary.

We offer support on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Monday-Friday: 7 a.m. - 5 p.m.
  • 774 Albany St., 1st floor, Boston, MA 02118
  • Call our 24-hour hotline 1-855-494-4057 for more information. If you’re a case manager, please call ahead.

We help anyone in need regardless of immigration status. Emergency crisis care and initial assessments require no documentation. However, a lack of relevant documents that help determine billing can be a barrier to treatment placements. We recommend bringing the following items when you visit us:

This can be a state identification card, utility bill, or a letter from a shelter.

This can be a recent pay stub or tax forms to qualify for sliding scale fee (pay what you can afford, which can be zero).

Documentation confirming you do not currently have an active private health insurance plan.
