We bring data enthusiasts together to connect with, learn from, and support each other through our employee resource group (ERG).
Data work thrives in community. The City’s data-focused employee resource group (ERG) provides a dedicated space for just that. We help data enthusiasts improve their data practice by facilitating learning cohorts, curating external expertise, and cultivating a peer support network.
Membership is open to all City of Boston employees. All members are eligible to chair committees. They can also become candidates for elected office, and vote in our elections.
