 Alan Langham is a  a member of Laborers International Union of North America. My local affiliation is Local 22.

I have 40 years of experience in the construction field. My experience includes working as a Laborer and an Auditor. Presently, served as an Executive Board Member and a Steward for the past twenty-five years, dedicating myself to helping people adjust to company culture and helping them feel valued in their roles.

I am a longtime resident of the City of Boston. I graduated from the Boston Public School system. I am passionate about my family and being involved in my community. I participated in programs to feed the elderly. I coached basketball for a program called No Books, No Balls for over ten tears. I also coached football at Pop Warner Boston Raiders under the Wilson family for 18 years, coached football and mentored students at Madison Park High School for 15 years. I was also recognized by the Boston Red Sox Organization for my achievements in the community.

My belief system is faith based and I’ve been an active member of Grant African Methodist Episcopal Church for 15 years and I’ve held various leadership positions. One of my proud accomplishments was creating a mentor program for young boys and men.

As demonstrated, I am committed to building a productive community. I believe in building a better community through employment opportunities and community outreach, focused on diversity and equal opportunities for all.
