Alexander (Sandy) MacLeod
Alexander (Sandy) MacLeod is a Registered Architect in the states of Massachusetts and New York. He holds a Massachusetts Construction Supervisors License and a City of Boston ABC Builders License. With over 47 years of design and construction experience, he successfully combines technical knowledge and regulatory expertise to the entire permitting process. Sandy currently serves as Commissioner of the City of Boston’s Board of Examiners. He is also the author of several sections of the Massachusetts State Building Code. In addition, he was appointed by the Governor to the State Board of Building Regulations and currently serves as Chairman. Sandy also serves as Chairman on the Massachusetts State Board of Appeal for hearings on Building Code appeals from owners and architects throughout the Commonwealth.
A lifelong resident of the City of Boston, Sandy lives in West Roxbury with his wife, Kathy.
