The second RFP pre-applicant conference involving making connections, networking, and possible partnership opportunities, will be held on May 25, 2022, at 2:00 PM. Pre-registration is required to participate.

The Mayor’s Office of Housing (MOH) will host two pre-applicant information sessions following the release of the RFP. Interested applicants will be provided with the following:
-An overview of the application and development process;
-information on business planning support and favorable loans to strengthen and enhance business sustainability;
-basics of financing and financing options;
-opportunities for technical support and assistance and
-networking and team-building opportunities.

The Department of Neighborhood Development (DND) is re-starting the community engagement process around a site composed of 11 City-owned parcels between Parker Street and Terrace Street. DND will lead a discussion with the neighborhood to determine objectives that will shape how this site might be developed by a new team. DND will also present plans to apply for an EPA Brownfields Cleanup grant. The public is invited to review and comment on the draft application materials posted on this site.
