The scope of work included a renovated play area and splash pad, natural turf field, a walking loop, ​renovated shade shelter, improved circulation, and ADA access and improved access. Along with youth initiated projects; installing bottle fillers and solar benches in parks. The first solar benches have been installed at Walker.
 
During this time we will also be dedicating the basketball courts in honor of Medina Dixon.
 

The opening will be happening during Mayor Wu's Neighborhood Coffee Hour Series.
