ADMINISTRATION AND FINANCE
7. Request authorization to enter into a two year contract with Cooling & Heating Specialists, Inc. for the maintenance and repair of the cooling & heating systems at 12 Channel Street and 2 Drydock Avenue in the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park, in an amount not to exceed $150,000.
8. Request authorization to enter into a three year contract with MacKay Construction Services, Inc. for snow clearance and roadway salting in the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park, funded annually, in an amount not to exceed $250,000.
9. Request authorization to enter into a general construction contract with Fleming Brothers, Inc. for all labor, materials and equipment for the Pier 5 at Drydock No. 4 Site Repair in the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park, in an amount not to exceed $574,000, with a 10% contingency.
10. Request authorization to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding with nuTonomy, Inc. for the proposed use of the EDIC owned streets and ways within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park.
11. Request authorization to enter into a contract with Acumen Solutions, Inc. for the Salesforce Phase 2 Implementation, in an amount not to exceed $140,000.
