Clare Killian, MPH
Clare Killian is the Program Manager for the Ryan White HIV/AID Services Planning Council. Ms. Killian holds a master’s degree in public health from Boston University, with concentrations in Global Health Program Design, Monitoring and Evaluation and Maternal and Child Health. She has several years of experience in the field, two of which were working directly with HIV programming-related research in South Africa, including one final and one pending publication. She comes to BPHC from the Bureau of Global Health at USAID, where she worked on monitoring and evaluation programs across the Bureau. She also has been a public health consultant for multiple non-profit organizations in Uganda, including working on the development, implementation, and evaluation of programming for HIV/AIDS, sexual and reproductive health and community and economic development projects. She has experience managing overlapping public health programs with people working from all over the world in multiple environments. Clare has exceptional, human-centered, cross-cultural communication and leadership skills.
